1 General Terms & Conditions

558h (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an international online gaming and betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 558h and its users.

558h Terms and Conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Bengali version shall take precedence unless otherwise stated by 558h.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 558h, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. If anyone creates an account without meeting these requirements, 558h reserves the right to close it.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account with 558h. We strictly oppose underage gaming and may request identity verification documents to confirm your age.

One Person, One Account

Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, device, or IP address. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information

• You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• An account opened with false or incorrect information may be closed at any time.
• Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share it with anyone.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
• Deposits are usually credited instantly or within a maximum of 15 minutes.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.

Withdraw

• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

558h regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions for its members. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Withdrawing bonus funds generally requires meeting a wagering requirement of 5x to 30x (see the individual bonus page for full details).
• The same bonus cannot be claimed twice and sharing bonuses with others is prohibited.
• 558h reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited if necessary.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 558h. These rules apply equally to all members.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be settled according to 558h's own rules.
• 558h reserves the right to void any bets incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
• 558h may decline unusually large bets without providing a reason.

• The game provider's own terms and conditions apply.
• 558h is not liable for any game losses resulting from a disconnection.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited under the 558h Terms and Conditions. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

• Using 558h for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using bots, automation software, or any other artificial means to play games.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Impersonating or deceiving 558h staff.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
• Attempting to launch a cyberattack or hack the platform.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

558h reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the request of law enforcement authorities.
• If the member submits a request to close their own account.

If your account is closed, please contact the support team to recover any valid balance (excluding bonuses). Funds may be held during the investigation period.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

558h believes gaming should be purely for entertainment. We deeply care about the mental and financial well-being of our members. Responsible gaming is therefore a core part of the 558h Terms and Conditions.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: You can set a maximum loss limit within a defined time period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time if you choose.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic notifications about your gaming time at set intervals.

9 Dispute Resolution

558h is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team first.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of submitting a complaint.
• Complex cases are resolved within a maximum of 14 business days.
• 558h's decision shall be considered final; however, members may request dispute resolution through a third party if they wish.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, server logs will be considered the final and definitive record.

10 Changes to Terms & Their Effect

558h reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• Members will be notified via email or in-platform notification for any significant changes.
• If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed legally invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full effect.
• The interpretation and enforcement of this agreement shall be governed by international gaming laws.
• The date of the last update will always be displayed at the top of this page.
